Faisal has been counsel in numerous murder trials and other serious cases. Some notable trials that he has worked on that were of national attention include the acquittal of two youth charged with a shooting inside a Toronto high school, and the defence of persons charged terrorist offences. Faisal also vigorously defends individuals prosecuted for all offences at the Ontario Court of Justice such as assault, impaired driving, and drug offences.

 

Prior to entering into private practice, Lambert worked as a criminal crown prosecutor in the Brampton / Mississauga courthouse, the busiest criminal jurisdiction in Canada. He prosecuted numerous high profile cases involving serious charges such as aggravated assault, sexual assault, kidnapping, human trafficking, and murder.
